  • Description: Some of you have seen this before. I finally got it quilted. YAY!! I made the large size which finishes at 70" x 84". Fabric requirements: a jelly roll (42 strips) and 3 yards (2.6 m.) of background fabric. I did need to cut the additional two strips of background fabric as per the instructions because the batik I chose was not wide enough. Thank goodness for the wonderful instructions. The jelly roll I used was Hoffman dot pops, Global Spice colourway, and it only has 40 strips in it. So, I got some extra matching fabric. Very happy with the ease of making this quilt. Finally quilted! Loved working with Highway 10 Designs' pattern. I've got another one of these to make, and I look very forward to it! Jelly Rolls purchased at https://thimblesandthings.com/ batik background purchased at http://www.sewandquilt.ca/ Quilted using http://annebrightdesigns.com pattern Alex b2b

This pattern is Jelly Roll friendly and makes two sizes. The first size uses 36 jelly roll strips plus background fabric to make a 60" x 84" quilt. The second size uses 42 strip Jelly Roll plus background fabric to make a 70" x 84" quilt.
